CTRLSHIFT Coworking Space strives to provide high-quality coworking facilities, office spaces, meeting rooms, and related services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to all bookings, memberships, and service subscriptions.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the official customer support team.
- Refunds are applicable only for eligible services that have not been fully utilized.
- Membership fees, seat bookings, meeting room reservations, virtual office services, and event space bookings are subject to the terms stated below.
2. Membership Cancellation Refund
- Monthly Membership: Refund requests made within 7 calendar days from the payment date and before using the workspace may be eligible for a refund after administrative deductions.
- Once workspace facilities have been used, membership fees become non-refundable.
- Security deposits, if applicable, may be refunded after verification and clearance of dues.
3. Meeting Room & Event Space Bookings
- Cancellation more than 72 hours before the booking time: 100% refund.
- Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before booking: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before booking: No refund.
4. Refund Processing Duration
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during booking, including:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Online Payment Gateway
6. Non-Refundable Services
- Administrative fees
- Registration fees
- Virtual office setup fees
- Customized business services
- Services already utilized
