CTRLSHIFT Coworking Space is a coworking and flexible workspace service operated and managed by M N S CORPORATION.

All memberships, subscriptions, bookings, invoices, payments, taxation, and business transactions conducted through CTRLSHIFT Coworking Space are processed under the legal entity M N S CORPORATION.

GST invoices issued for memberships, coworking space rentals, office space usage, meeting room bookings, virtual office services, and other related services shall be generated under the GST registration of M N S CORPORATION.

For all legal, financial, taxation, compliance, and contractual purposes, M N S CORPORATION shall be considered the service provider and principal business entity operating CTRLSHIFT Coworking Space.
