CTRLSHIFT Coworking Space understands that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations of memberships, workspace bookings, meeting room reservations, and related services.
1. Membership Cancellation
- Members may request cancellation of their membership by providing written notice via email.
- Monthly memberships may be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- Membership fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable except where expressly stated in the Refund Policy.
2. Meeting Room Bookings
- Cancellation more than 72 hours before the scheduled booking: No cancellation charges.
- Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled booking: 50% cancellation charge may apply.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking: No refund will be provided.
3. Dedicated Desk & Cabin Bookings
- Dedicated Desk and Private Cabin reservations may be cancelled before occupancy begins.
- Once occupancy or service usage has commenced, charges become non-refundable.
4. Event Space Bookings
- Event bookings may be cancelled subject to the terms mentioned during booking confirmation.
- Any third-party vendor costs already incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount.
5. Cancellation Process
All cancellation requests must be submitted through the official support email of CTRLSHIFT Coworking Space.
